– We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
– Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
– Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from thriftbyisell.com.

2. Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Log in to your Thrift by iSell account on our website.
b. Go to the “My Orders” section and select the order containing the item you wish to return.
c. Click on the “Return Items” button and follow the instructions to complete the return process.

Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team at support@thriftbyisell.com, providing your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We will guide you through the return process.

3. Refund Process:

– Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
– If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

– Intimate or sanitary goods.
– Perishable goods.
– Downloadable products.
– Gift cards.
